HELP! Odyssey lamps won't turn on

My Odyssey bed...the fans will come on but the lamps won't. Any ideas of what to look for or what part needs replaced???

Does the front panel have a safety switch?

There is a red button to stop the bed, but that was not pushed in. I have 2 other Odyssey beds. What part can I switch out to see what might need replaced?

Since you've already checked the E-stop, check the front panel first, open it and close it again. If someone opened it (for cleaning or by accident) and it did not close correctly, the safety interlock switch might be the problem. I've only found one link online that gave some troubleshooting advice and these were listed as the two most common problems.

I use to supervise a printing press operation...amazing how common it was with those things for a safety interlock to kick off the machine...then you'd spend hours trying to find which one it was that was keeping the whole machine from starting again...

I put in a call to future industries last week and still haven't gotton a call back. I turned off the bed at the breaker and for some reason it started again. Now after tanning a few customers, it quit working again. I'm sure I need to replace a part, I'm just not sure what to look for.
