9:24am you posted this in the general tanning forum. What is the purpose of this,if someone is clearly concerned with Obama and his plans for world domination,Im sure they will visit your temple in the recycle bin....(say anything) Your not getting enough attention in the say anything forum,so now your spilling your opinions into everything else in a desperate attempt to gain political support. Your are speculating Jim and speculation is worth a wooden nickel in my book

Your making a mountain out of a molehill...trying to put a definition behind something that has not been clearly defined, nor made into law. You said it yourself, the health care bill that liberal congress is promoting has a snowballs chance in h*ll,so why are you worried, you don't even own a salon?

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Excise Tax On Tanning Beds in Pelosi's Healthcare Bill I got a report about this post to move it out of the general discussion forum. Well that's not going to happen and here's why: While I agree that political topics do not belong in the general forums this topic although being political in nature is directly related to the tanning industry and needs to be discussed. If we took the stance to move 100% of all political topics out of the general forums then any topic or correspondence from thew ITA would also need to be removed as they are related to the tanning industry but their agenda is purely political in nature as it relates to the tanning industry and government. So this one is staying. |

The end user is the one that will ultimately pay all costs and profit margins and that is the way it is. Didn't realize that was confuzing. My statement is to the fact that the manufacturers and distributors will be directly responsible for paying this whereas the salon owner is not. Also, the salon owner would absorb the cost on one purchase and not all products would apply whereas the manufacturer would have to pay this on every single sale.
