These teenage boys....

We are located near the high school and middle school and I have had enough of these little teenage boys coming in here and flirting with the girls.

I just had a 16 year old ask for a job application and then start hitting on me. I'm 23year and may look young, but come on I can not look that young. They make up every excuse to come in here and no matter how many times I kick them out they still won't stop trying again another day.

That's how I got my start in this business. Went to work at a tanning salon in a college town.

Then I thought I realized my hometown needed one. Opened one here and well the rest is history. I'm sure not making the money here that I made there on commission haha.

I wonder if I could get her to hire me back... :sarcasm2:

Maybe the boys are just looking to be entrepreneurs!

Have the opposite problem here, I have teenage and 20something girls coming into my salon flirting with the guys that work here to get high level tan packages at level 1/2 prices and next to free lotions!!! It's a huge problem and it effects sales. I can't get rid of these bottom feeding hussys to save my life. Any ideas?

Fire the employees allowing this to happen, problem solved.

...or you could set up commissions on products & packages so they work those girls over & it makes $ instead of taking it away. Then, if they don't meet a certain goal that you set, they lose their job. That oughta fix it up. Good luck!

You sure didn't have the headaches then that you do now! I'm not sure the difference in money is worth it.

Yes but they're not going away because the girls are being girls which encourages the boys to be boys:)

Funny how that works!
