I had to foreclose on a salon we sold last year. I just finished taking two supercylones, three Ultrasun 3500's a Tanses T33, Ultrasun 4000, Ultrasun 5000 and a Sungate apart and tomorrow start moving them to the warehouse til I can get them sold.

If anyone is interested they will be in the For Sale forum next week.

The purchaser left me with 4 months back rent to the landlords to deal with. I would like Eng and Mega to come down here and kick his butt for me. sheesh!

Going to bed now.

Guess you should have "sold" the building lease to them too. Welching on debt is "in" right now... the cool thing to do. FAKEM©. Make everybody pay in advance for everything now days.

Can't Obama bail out the landlord or something? He won't bail you out because you're not a flaming liberal. He did stick a big Hollywood tax deduction in his Porkulus bill they're saying on TV this morning. Hollywood loves liberals but hates Clint Eastwood.

Today and tomorrow I am loading these machines up and putting them in the warehouse. Monday I will get a certified letter from the landlord wanting his money from me. The 30something that walked away was paying the rent and the LL was sending him the invoices. I haven't gotten a registered letter in a year telling me he or by default I was late or evicted.

They we working to try and get this kid to sign the sub-lease he promised to in our agreement, but the 30something never did and avoided the LL. Daddy's money bought his down stroke and mommy put in some of her hard earned cash and when it came time for sonny to pay his share he split owning me the balloon payment and 4 months back rent.

I am tired. Someone please call Obama to bail me out! Maybe the government can buy the beds and use them in the Federal Pens the terrorists will be staying.

Love you guys even Egg and Maximus Manus Tannus. Your points are valid even if your values are all ****** up. Peace out and pass the Bengay.

I'm sure their "values" are just fine ... it's their philosophies and brashness that make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up. But it is your ability to wet your palm and smooth them back down and carry on that sets you apart from the rest. Sorry to hear your "customer", and/or "victim" didn't succeed. It's a big, tough, ugly world out there. Best of luck to you.
