Sanitizer injection system.

So I wonder if an injection based sanitizer system would work. Each room would have a small polly hose (probably at the end of the bed, hidden) that would have a spray nozzle. An regulator would inject sanitizer into the water flow and the whole system pressurized by the water system. Never have to mix again and the injectors are incredibly precise. Not to mention the fact that spraying bottles like we do I am sure will lead to carpal-tunnel.

Its the same system used in greenhouses for distributing food, pesticides, etc. It takes the concentrate and directly injects it into the active water flow.

So its not a question of it working or not.

Not planning on doing this. It was just a though. What do you think?

Cost wise it would not be much either. Polly lines, an injector and a flow-back valve (to prevent sanitizer backing into the buildings water system).

Don't try to re-invent the wheel barrow Unity.I could do a FMEA on this if I have to and you would be suprised at all of the things that could go wrong with it.

Re: Sanitizer injection system.

Why not invent something like the "Roomba" carpet cleaner.
Instead of floors, have it spray and squeegee the beds. It could have a revolving arm that slides down the bed to clean the spray and roll up the toll on the arm to constantly have a fresh towel when cleaning. Then you wouldn't have to worry about drainage mixed with electrical and did the bed get wiped or left to dry.

Re: Sanitizer injection system.

My Roomba has never gotten confused, but our MyMyst machine sometimes goes over the edge.
One day, she said, "Door is ajar." There isn't a sensor on the door?
Another time, she said, "All lines are busy. Please call again?" Nothing to do with spraying will begin in 3-2-1?
She has said more...wished I could remember. I thought she (MyMyst) machine was possessed last spring.
