Illinois and national Dems have had a moment of clarity and now do not want a Special Election to fill Obama's Senate seat.

Seems they now see the possibility that a Republican could win the seat and dilute the Dems' dominance in the Senate.

The horror.

Mike Madigan hid in seclusion over weekend, plotting to get Daughter Lisa who was on meet the press the seat or the gov. That has been the plan all along. We only like names that are already elected, Mike and lisa Madigan, John and Erkle Storger, the Lipinski's, Daleys (3-4 currently), I am sure I missed a few OH YEAH Emil Jones (BHO's mentor) is retiring he handed his senate seat off to his son.
