Ok I have to say.....this is a sore point with me. First it takes alot of knuckle heads to spend money....This mess we are in starts with greed. Banks, Politicians and oh lets not forget people who rolled their mortgage over and over to get out of debt or people selling mortgages to people who have no business owning a home while earning huge commisions. Having said that there are many places to place blame. It really started with Clinton and the passage of monetary lending policy (barny frank) that the banks were held to with mortgages. Bush was asleep at the wheel with grade A mortgage backed securities we sold to china. Folks we sell our products (debt) to communist countries for them to profit on. We are owned largely by foreign interests. Why do you think money guys are mad at china. Because they want them to value our debt to their dollar. Saying their yuan is less would reduce our debt that china has bought! But listen there were many people ringing the bell on both sides. Politicians on both sides were so busy pointing fingers at each other no one decided to do anything because everything gets clogged up with all the bickering. Our political system is broken no doubt about that. A company sees a problem and they deal with it. The bigger they get the more hands are in the till the harder it is to turn the train around...AIG. So I blame both sides.

But here's where I jump off this bus. Sure we can say the republicans were asleep at the wheel. But they weren't ready to mortgage the country. The Dems r doing it as we speak.

When this is over we will have national health care (that no one in washington is going to be on themselves) what does that tell you. I was in the military for 20 years and I'll tell you folks you won't like having to call a number to see if you can go get your broken leg fixed locally instead of driving 30 miles to let your primary provider do it. trust me. The reason we will have national health care is so the gov can say what they will pay with a take it or leave it attitude. Don't think that the gov isn't going to try to make profit like any business would. They need to do that to fund social security/medicare/medicade. Think I'm wrong...? look at the new student loan program.. the government is now handing out loans for college. You think that's interest free? I doubt it, they pay china interest so that has to get passed to you. Why would the government do this? the banks did it just fine (of course lending dried up lately) but they were fine up till that point. Oh we will need more government employees for this too. IRS is going to double to handle all these taxes.

The head of Canada's health care came to america for surgery because it was a two year wait for surgery in canada. What? That's our model for health care. Well hope you don't get sick and when this gets repealed in two years, we put that money in medicare and social security which we've been robbing and writiing IOU'S for years.

We will have a national sales (vat) tax. to put it nicely, the lotion you sell will get taxed on the ingredients they buy to make it and the plastic they use to make the bottle. All that gets passed to the consumer! Thought selling high end lotoin was high before? lol

Has anyone ever talked about cutting governement? Nope not once. When there's more government employees than private sector ...your in trouble....and that's where we are going if not there already. Sorry for the rant...I could go on all day. We need to get back to center...if you tax products 20 percent people stop spending. which creates more layoffs....it's a trickle down problem....you can't think the government can fix everyone's problems. It doesn't work that way.

Who in turn called a San Diago police (I think is was SD). You seem to have left that out. Reports were made, PDFs are available. You see, if I have something odd come up and I am not sure how to handle it, I call someone who knows about that topic. I am sure thats what he did. Duh. Great job once again leaving out details. Ok so out of three different places they went one guy called the police. ACORN is/was the most shady business to say the least. The founder embezzled from it, the've been given milliions of dollars from the government and donations, but don't give out loans. they just help you fill out paperwork...what? They can't even do their own paperwork, didn't file taxes 2007 and they are non profit? Shouldn't have been too hard with all that money to spend on tax preparers. I don't know why anyone would ever defend acorn. I can find good things even in being in great debt (tought me the value of money) ..lol .. These guys took money in for the California fires to help people and couldn't show the government how they helped people in california after the fires. wow. I'm in the wrong business. So ok you got me one guy used his head and called the cops. I would still like to see phone records. I can cover up a pretty good story given time to do collateral damage. One acorn employee even said she wanted to do a high end prostition ring. wow. really? I would hope my employees aren't giving happy endings in the back. But hey I hire quality people so that doesn't even come up...lol So Unity you got me on the fact that he actually called someone, but if even 10 percent of the findings are true, you'd fire them too. I doubt your going to let someone lie, steal and misrepresent your business. Not trying to start a fight... I am just trying to have an honest discussion.
