Well thanks for everyones help. I think I will do it the "old-fashioned" way for a while yet. They look great from the street. Its just takes time to assemble them!

Actually, looking at the 5,000, 10,000 business cards, they are pretty expensive for business cards considering its 14pt with AQ Gloss and print only no design.

You can get business cards on 16pt cardstock with UV high gloss finish as well as custom designed for you included for pretty much the same price elsewhere.....
