Had to make sure I put 12 in the title, almost left it out!

This is a quick vid that is SO true about the situation with the bill being shot down. I am glad it was and there are already some market gains today, out of context the gains today would be considered significant.

So, AS THEY ADMIT, 12 people were "offended" by her speech and put personal feelings ahead of the country? Or, as most suspect, they did not have the votes and just want to cover it up. Either way they are a disgrace.

Not a disgrace. The disgrace is that democrats have encouraged these bad loans and even allowed their ACORN buddies to sue banks that wouldn't go along with their "affordable housing for anyone" boondoggle.

For Pelosi to blame that on republicans is a flat out LIE. She is the disgrace. Feelings were not "hurt" by her rant. She simply convinced responsible lawmakers that "cooperation" with liberals is the wrong path. They destroy everything they touch - and must be gotten rid of once and for all.

This supports why Congress earns only a 9% approval. Bush has 35% approval.

Blame Republicans for a 12 vote shortfall while 95 Democrats also voted against the bill.

I wouldn't have voted for it either. By 50:1 the public was against the bill. It should have failed. It was a bad bill. Some "Change" is bad and should not happen.

Congress is supposed to serve the people, not decide for themselves in a vacuum what is best. Nevermind that all the Members of the HoR are up for reelection in a month and they are apoplectic.

Obama, for the first time, came out today in favor of the bailout. I guess his advisers didn't tell him the vote failed yesterday. His "Leadership" was a day late and $700 Billion short. We should be glad he hid in the tall grass.
