Rep Power: 27 | Re: First time tanning. Every other day for a week to ten days, unless you get over exposed and turn pink. Start out slowly. Depending oun their beds and lamps, you should not go over 1/2 of the maximum session time. ie. 20 min bed, only go 6-10 mins. depending on your skin type. |

Rep Power: 107 | Re: First time tanning. Here I recommend 3 in a row, take a day off, 3 more and take 2 off, or every second day as long as you see no redness or itchiness. Hopefully you will pick a salon that actually does a skin analysis and will develop a schedule for you. |

Rep Power: 27 | Re: First time tanning. Neon, I also tell people that if they can't do everyother day, to do 2-3 days in a row, but they mush take a day or two off. The skin is still processing the UV for up to 48 hours. Thus, day 3 they fry, even though their time is still the same as day 1 and/or 2. |
