WOW the pill for 11 yr olds???
they want to ban tanning for teens in a controlled environment but yet they want to allow a health facility to administer the pill to 11 yr olds without specific parental consent??? CRAZY

How bout trying to open the lines of communication with parents and children when it comes to sex?? WTH I was still playing with Barbie at 12!! My mom openly discussed sex ed and BC. I feared sex, stds and pregnancy at such a young age. Where are parents for all this???

I dunno, showing them the nasty pictures might just make them think they know what to look for...and with most STD's the scary part is that there is NO way to tell! Telling then stories about young people with HIV doesn't help either because kids think they are invincible. Maybe some doctor can come up with a pill that makes their genitals all inflamed and painful for their teen years. What would Freud say about all this?
