True we've lost chat but we haven't lost quality content which ultimately is the most important thing to keep the silent users coming back in large numbers (who knows they might even decide to join in on conversations). :)

Do you think the new people even know the site exists? I didn't know it for about a year after I bought the salon. I wish I'd known about it before, but I didn't even think about a site like this. I don't think my comp is ever on here, but who knows, I guess. They could be.
