Yep, that pretty much explains the kind of day I am having. Anyone want a Beagal dog. Yeah he's really great. Just don't leave him alone for more than oh I don't know, A MINUTE!
yeah! coffee is here. Okay the dog took down my wood blinds in the living room cause I took my son to school and left him at home. Chewed the wood and strings.

My husband is livid. It takes him back to the time we had a dalamation we put in the garage for some reason. when i got home the dog chewed the corner of my husbands grandfathers dining room table. Ol oak table over 100 years old. The dog had to leave.... so now i am sure the beagle will be going bye-bye too!

yeppers... he loves my mommy. when she leaves the room, or even out of his site, he whimpers. don't forget, we got him from the pound, so we don't know the horrors he has seen!

here is what i had to learn several years ago, an expensive lesson of my own...
when you have to leave your puppy at home, pull the blinds up above his reach (and definitely put the trash on the counter).

weel the way i see it is this. the blinds were brand new at one time. It was either kids that were gonna do it or the dog. who knew it would be my poor dead pup.

Put him in the kennel when you leave. I have a Beagle, she is now 5. She was wild as a pup. She's the best dog I've ever had now. I think she calmed down when I got her fixed at about 2. She was in the kennel until about 2 1/2, when she could be trusted out. It's great that you got him from the pound. I love to hear when people give dogs another chance at happiness and a family.
