ok-here is a dumb question......why are people like her allowed to participate on this site?
i would hate to think that could be one of my employees talking about me!
not that i would be that unprofessional-but they could be "lurking"...ya know?

I agree with everyone who said it was unprofessional. Because It was in my opinion.
They should have gave u some sort of notice. No matter what the situation they should have gave u notice saying they are taking u off of the schedule and that u are being let go. And they should have said something before they started training u to run the salon on your own.

p.s Good luck with finding something else. It was there way of telling u time to move on.

They should have given u some sort of notice no matter what the situation. They should have said something to u before they took u off of the schedule and they should have said something to u as well before they started training u to run the salon on your own. That doesn't seem very fair to me.
Maybe that was there way of telling u it is time to move on.
