If they told you that you'll be a regular employee working on your own and then after working there for a couple months and they remove you from the list.....doesn't that ring as "maybe i did something wrong or didn't perform to their standards".

Unprofessional for not telling you your faults....maybe .....but i think it's cuz you just weren't that great of an employee to keep. Hence™ the reason they kept you on a bed cleaner and didn't make you a sales consultant.
