BOTTOM LINE. The salon is broke and can't afford to pay you.

What do you want from them? Maybe if you showed how you are a valuable asset to the place then it may be worth keeping you on board.

If all you are doing is warning a seat then how do you expect them to pay you?

for me as a salon owner If your a good employee I give you hours.. if your not you get the Boot. I also dont feel the need to tell them they suck.. I figure eventualy after losing job after job they'll figure it out.
