tell me about it... that was my one wish after getting my puppy... every wish i would wish for potty training to work. every survey... where do you see yourself next year? WITH A POTTY TRAINED DOG!

It was working great finally, until he got attacked! He has been outside a whopping number of 3, yes THREE times, since June 7th. CAN YOU GUESS WHERE HE PEES AND POOPS THEN??? Yeah, I worked so hard with him, and now I am trying to convince him to pee and poop on puppy pads, IN MY HOUSE! It is so disgusting! He is only 7 months old now... I will never be able to break him of peeing and pooping in the house now!

My mom said to use those pads, she does with her little dogs but thats weird to me too... Somewhere in your house, theres a pile of poop or a wet **** pad. I hope for ONCE I can get this one trained.

Crate her.
It may seem cruel but make a small area for her to be in when you can't keep a close eye on her.

It really is the easiest way to train them.

Well, I bought one of those and shes in it now cause I took the door off... Im going to keep her in it at night and let her out once when I get up in the middle of the night and then also when I leave the house. Right now when I go outside with her, she eats the grass and thats about it. Im waiting for the first big accident.

we crate our puppy and he goes in there too... it doesn't even matter if he just went potty... he will do it again. i think he has small bowels and bladder. but i may just be making excuses for him. he was hurt and all!

The idea of crating a dog is to give them just enough room to be comfortable and not a lot of room to roam.

Dogs will not go pee or poop where they have to lay down.
If you need to, put a piece of wood in the crate as a divider and move it as they grow.

Well, I bought one of those kennel things that you transport them in... and I keep taking her out. She hasnt pooped yet.

Crating is the best way. I've crated all 3 of my dogs, and they were trained very quickly. Now we just leave the kennel door open and Logan, our youngest goes in there to sleep and chew his bones. It's like his room or something. It gives them something that is theirs. Having a dog door helps too! She's a cutie!!

Well, we had pee on the hardwood but I cought her just quick enough to carry her in poop mode outside. We have poop outside. Whohoo.

ahhhhh she is to cute. mc donalds french fries the BEST training tools, when she pees outside give her a fry, she will be trained in one day I promise ya, but only give her a fry outside after she goes potty. dogs will do anything for a mcdonalds fry dont know why...
