Wait a minute. Does anyone else think that something is wrong here?

$11.2 million to build house for 75 drunks ($149,333/drunk)
The drunks pay $200 a month each ($2,400)
It costs $11,000 per year per drunk to operate?
So the government is subsidizing this place to the tune of $8,600 per drunk per year.

What if I throw these **** tanning beds out into the dumpster and put in a few Serta mattresses. Can I get me a few drunks to keep up?
