Rep Power: 107   | My pigeons have been evicted!! For the past 2 or 3 months I have watched two families of pigeons set up nests in the overhangs in the building next to mine. Every morning one white one was out collecting twigs for a nest, interesting to watch. I noticed yesterday there was an Orkin guy checking it out, and this morning I see that the nests have been taken out. While I never saw them, I know the newborns where there, heard them chirping up a storm. I certainly hope that whatever means they took to evict the poor things was kind and humane. There was also a vent of some sort that another kinda bird had gotten into and there were some baby birds in there, I see they got the vent cover working on it again, and now there is an adult bird there with a fry in it's beak trying to figure out how to get in. Ugh, I have to do something!! I can here chirping in there. |

Rep Power: 107 | Re: My pigeons have been evicted!! Pheeew, good news. I was able to sneak out of here and to use a broom handle and prop open the vent cover again. Now that bird can get in there with some food again. Ssssssssssssh. |
