Annnnnd, apparently at 44 I look like I'm under 19. I got checked for ID.

So did I. when I was 16, nobody asked. When I was 18, the legal age was 18. In Tennessee, the legal drinking age changed to 19 the year I turned 19 and changed to 21 the year I turned 21. I was 25 before anybody ever asked to see any ID when buying beer, whiskey, whatever.

I was buying white whiskey, sterlin and blacklable...................they was glad to get rid of it!!!

Black label was the only beer I ever poured out because it was just too **** nasty to drink.
