Feces in bed!!!! - tanTALK

We have a customer who keeps on leaving us little suprises in the bed after she tans. I havent seen it but our employees are sure it is small amounts of S--T! How do you confront a customer with something of this nature! Please help!!!!

Instead of a towel and a mint on the bed. When you know she's coming, leave a roll of TP and a Depends.

Really, this must be a Bama thing. Lady that rents a building from me said she had a lady relieve herself all over the bed, and has used the trash can. She ran her off. This is why our bathrooms are open to the public.

well it doesn't sound as if she is actually releasing her feces in the bed it must be old and not wiped properly.....Wow I can't believe we are having this conversation LOL I would have the employee ask her to go back to the room for a second point it out and tell her she will be required to clean her own bed 5 times a session if the problem continues I am pretty sure she will take care of the problem.....You don't want to embarass or discrimate if its a uncontrollable problem not in this law suit happy world 100 years ago you'd just shoot them and be done...but yah know its a different world now
