WoW! I dont' know. The little girl should have been handled quicker than in 15 min., but a plane ride is sorta scary for a little one too! I can't say right/wrong. If it were me I'd for sure say WRONG! LOL!

Wow, I want a spoiled little brat to get me free tickets!! Two years old is old enough to understand sit there and be quite. Must be a no spanking family.

The airline was right. Why should one kid or family delay the other 112? The parents should have been smart enough to make the decision to exit the airplane instead of waiting on the airline to make it for them.

Yeah, if I were a passenger I'd be annoyed I know. I hate to hear screaming kids and such. On the other hand I"m not a mother yet, but I was a preschool teacher and I know it can be hard to handle a toddler. But the parents should have realized it wasn't going to work and get off.

so the kid has not been in a car seat either? WTF? you sit in a car seat, she should have brought it with them on the plane it is allowed. Anywho, glad it's not one of mine..

We shouldn't have to compromise for anyone. Kid may be screaming cause he has a pound of C4 shoved in his ***.

Who's going to check for THAT?

the parents obviously had no control over their kid....

simple as this grab the kid, pick her up, sit her in the seat, and buckle it.............take off in 5,4,3,

and then they get 3 free tickets anywhere....ill take them if they aint gunna use them

i say right.....some people have schedules to keep

yeah they shouldn't have gotten free tickets imo. The airline was just doing its job. What about all the other airlines that dont make kids get off and I'm a passenger hearing the kid screaming. Do I get free tickets then?

I highly doubt they don't use them either, they are just spouting off

I don't think the airline should have reimbursed them or given them free tickets. The parents should have been able to control their child. They had plenty of time to talk to the kid about the flight beforehand. They should have been telling her how exciting it would be to have her own seat on a cool plane ride etc. Whose the parent here? Besides, you can get a three year old to sit anywhere with the promise of a candy bar.
