The importance of supply chain.

Supply chain is getting really more important nowadays people want there products the fastest possible or they will go elsewhere. A mediocre company company with a great supply chain, will beat a great company with a mediocre supply chain, today it Supply Chain vs Supply Chain, not company vs company.

Look at Wal-Mart they have mediocre customer service (almost bad customer service), but there always strong because they got a great supply chains, and almost never run out of stock for a product.

You also need a good relationship with your supply chain providers, the more information you can give your providers the better they can improve there products.

etc.. supply chain really gets complicated.
