Without peeking anywhere or asking around and only based on your personal knowledge can you answer this :

Can Americans with a criminal record cross the border to Canada and can Canadians with a criminal record cross the border to the US.

I will let you know what this is all about once I get your input.

Depends, if they have cleared whatever they where charged with yes. But I think if they have outstanding warrents no.

Thats where all the criminals on the run try to go canada and mexico right?

Yeh, the Government probably gives them free money to start up their own businesses and everything else. sucks

Canadians can cross into USA if they have had a pardon, but, ,US officials can deny them access if they want. A Canadian pardon only pardon's them in Canada as far as US citizens crossing into Canada, seems we take all the criminals from world wide anymore...lol
