So I know this place has nothing to do with toys but I know we all hate ebay & stupid people so I thought I would share my story....
So for the past week or so I have been trying to track down a TMX Elmo for my 17 month old son for Christmas with no luck.
Today I reached my boiling point after seeing these stupid ebay sellers selling lots of 5, 10, etc dolls for like 1000.00. It just ticks me off that honest hardworking parents are not able to get these dolls for their kids because these jerks have bought them all up to make us pay 200.00 plus when they retail for 39.00.
Anyway...I found this one ebay seller who had one listed for 5000.00 yes five thousand dollars!!! In the auction they stated that they plan to use the money for their son's higher education & would be donating 10% to their church....so when I saw their other items that were listed I felt compelled to ask them if they planned to also donate 10% from the auction for the marajuana pendant they were selling.
This is a cut and paste of their response to my email....maybe instead of educating their son they should put it towards their own....

Thank you for your input but unfortunately, we just happened to come across 2 of this and thinking this is a good sign from above. We are not gauging price but asking for assistant. if you feel like we are making money on this, yyou should not even bid or buy because this is not something you can affort. If the price is only worht $40 dollar, why would you waste your time look for this elmo. You see other selling for much high price. We are not. All we ask is if someone can help and we are not forcing anyone to buy. People have right and choose and they are grown adult who can make their own decision. Since we are trying to a little living buy selling what market is demanding, their nothing wrong with that and that do not make up sin. WHat about you? Criticize other, what good can you come about? Does bible said criticiize other and point finger at other make them not sinful? You might want to think about that..

If you tell me exactly what you are looking for (I don't know what tmx elmo means) I can look for it here where I live in Canada and could buy it for you at a reasonable price and I could send it to you in exchange for postage and price of doll. Just an idea.
