Okay, this is the saddest thing your gonna hear today. For the past 8 months or so we have had this kid hanging in our parking lot begging for money from everyone and anyone that he can ask. He has scared some of our customers and they complained to us about him. We have tried talking to him, asked him to leave, pretty much threatened him to leave and still he comes here every day. When he first showed up he was wearing like a restraurant uniform. So I just figured he wigged out and quit his job. Then as the police came here time after time after time, we now know he is 19 yrs old graduated from the high school behind our shop is a pot head and drug abuser and he can never go home, which his parents live close by. I felt so bad for this kid in the beginning, now he;'s pushed me over the edge. I swear to God, yesterday we had a 2 hour starring match. I sat in front of my store and watched him for 2 freakin hours. My daughter was very mad at me for that. I feel justified, I don't know what else to do to make him go away and leave our customers alone. He has been asked by the other shop as well to leave so it's not just me that has a problem with him. So the police say it is time for the property manager to get involved and get a restraining order on him. Yeah like that's gonna happen.
What else in reason can we do? Any idea's and please be passionate.

isnt that loittering or something! go buy him a joint and then call the cops on him when you see him light it.

Why can't you get your own restraining order? You are a leasehold tenant and that gives you lots of rights...

Either that or pay him to leave... or pay him to clean up the parking lot area, and then spend the rest of his day elsewhere.

Tape a picture of Derf onto a mirror. Go show it to him and tell him he now looks like that from standing around all day. He'll run for the friggin' hills.

Think of another place that he can go hang out and tell him that lots of very wealthy people frequent that location
