Here's my 2 cent, what's yours? - tanTALK

Ok, so I am sitting at the salon on this crappy, rainy, tornado watch, miserable day......and think to myself...
1. Why am I here on a Saturday...**** employees....I hate working around their schedules.
2. Why the heck would anybody want to get out in this flooded, stormy island...to tan?
Then it hits me...I have a few gripy, naggy feelings/pet peeves, that I would like to get off of my chest, in regards to the tanning business. Don't get me wrong...without the clients...we wouldn't have much to show for....BUT!!!! Who says we can't bit@h about it?? So here it goes....Feel free to add your 2 cent!!!!!!!
I HATE WHEN.......
Lightning Bolts are striking everywhere, it's raining hard....clients must set their alarms to "open" time...saying to themselves..."OMG, the salon is gonna open in thirty minutes, I must get there immediately...hopefully before the staff!!!! Must be first in line!!" (happens every morning) Meanwhile...I have just pulled up to salon, with only two cups of coffee in my system and two large bags of towels in my arms.....to have some dumbazz breathing down my neck, waiting to tan! I hate that!! At least let me get the lights on!! Geez! LOL.. and then the power goes out! You should have stayed in bed.....
Customers like to complain about the smallest, dumbest things I've ever heard of...all the while..i wish i could remind them that it will be ME to clean their azz sweat!
Why do customers constantly ask me to extend their membership for these reasons.....
I couldn't come in I was getting to dark...but now it is fading...can u extend my membership? I went on my third vacation this month...can i have more time on my package?
Am i gonna get skin cancer? after they just signed a release form!
I never burn! (Especially the palest, whitest person)
I hate going to sanatize a bed....only to find the nasty, large puddles of sweat, left behind...then look over and see a nice, neatly folded, un-used towel. Nasty bast-turds.

The list goes on and on and on........What's yours?????
Enlighten me....it's raining like crazy...no one is tanning today...but if i were to even think of leaving early.....I would get the wrath of every most hated customer!

I say so. I take it as a complement when people are makeing an effort to come to my place over the 1000 or so alternatives out there.

Just wait till NO ONE starts showing up in a couple of months. You are going to EAT your words...cause it's all you will be able to afford to eat!

I just find HUMOR in people who ***** about their customers wanting to pay them money. I hate that too.

Everyone has a bad day. Let her vent........... just remember them and their *** sweat are YOUR bread and butter so try to think on the bright side. Try notto rezent(sp) them or your customer service is gonna go down the drain FAST.

If you can't ***** to your fellow "friends" then what good are you!?!

Sometimes it is good to get things off your chest if your having a bad day so you don't take it out on someone close to you.

For me my pet peeve today is spiders!!! I just killed 2 LARGE wolf spiders (which are highly poisionus) and my husband is acting like it is no big deal. Thankfully my building owner is sending someone over on Monday!

ICK!! I hate spiders!!!
