Rep Power: 57 | Re: non compete clause form Non compete's for regular employee's are extremely hard to enforce. Each state has different laws pretaining to how much one can restrict another. Then, if they do breach the agreement, YOU have to take on the legal fight which can get costly. Even then, if you win, what can you get? Those battles are hard fought and time consuming. They only make some sense in the big corporate world. |
