Rep Power: 50 | The lose of a customer You know we talked about this on another thread not to long ago on how we read the obituaries. So I was going through them online last night and BAM there was one of my dearest customers. We had wondered where he and his mom had gone off to since they both just signed up and she was coming everyday, The son bought his mom for valentines day a bottle of spellbound and a month in the high pressure bed. So when they both stopped coming it was during Princess Fionas' illness and we were preoccupied with her but still noticed they hadn't come in. He was 34 years old, just got his license to be a state inspector. He struggled last year when he failed that test but finally passed it. It trippled his salary and he was on cloud nine. He was estatic his Mom was tanning with him. I was very fond of this particular person and am deeply saddened by their loss. As hard as I try I cannot cry and it's making my head pound.

Rep Power: 107 | Re: The lose of a customer jlucas nailed it. Our customers do become an extension to our families. I too have happened across clients in the obituaries and it is unsettling. Sending a card is a nice way to let the family know that you are thinking of them, and it helps us move on as well. Take care. |

Rep Power: 50 | Re: The lose of a customer Maybe we do get to personal, I don't know. It is very hard not to get attached to these folks that come in almost everyday and share their stories with you. Even some that don't share I feel like They are my peeps. His Mom came in yesterday, I was surprised to see her, it's been over two weeks and she felt the need to go outside for awhile. I can so understand that need. I think it's to late to send a card now..He passed on feb 18th...Thank for all the support I really appreciate it...
