well hopefully you can work out the problem with them! i know the lotion sells well for ur salon! but now u have the problem of "possibly" having to explain to your customers why you dont carry it no more after you just promoted it to them!

Ya' thats the problem, I promoted and talked this lotion up soooo much thinking I was getting a heck of a deal when I ordered it. I have people waiting for it.

Also in regards to the Tanology. I shouldn't have commented on it because I didn't even try it or open it. I meant the packaging looked very upscale and classy.

I am gonna tell them we do not sell lotion .. its bring your own ... BYO.. LOL

LOL ...........BYOL we can set it up like 1 of the STRIP CLUBS near me you bring your own beer then the bartneder puts it in the cooler and you BUY IT BACK AT $2 EACH +tip!

NOW THATS HOW U MAKE MONEY!

How do these guys stay in buisness? I think for the most part as salon owners we're used to really being soooo nice all day and it's hard to change gears in an instant,especially when you're not even sure who the **** you're talking to for a few moments. They know this ! I try not to be nasty and let them read their f'ing script but i've had it also. Selling? Hang up.....no "send me samples" How do they stay in buisness????

Wow!!! It's good to know I'm not alone with this. I actually have not gotten any calls from 3 wishes. But it's Millennium, and Olio that harrass me the most. I just told both of them last week that I couldn't make a big order for about another 3 weeks and if those SOB's didn't call me back today. Well, now that I have several good suggestions from refusing the COD to BYOL ...I'll give them all a try. Also, I've stopped saying my name when I answer the phone so that when they ask for me I just tell them I'm not in. LOL
