hmmm... i think everyone has a right to their opinion here and if it offends any one well dont read it... Not everyone is going to like the same software company, dissy or lotion mfg.... we all have had some sort of bad experience with of them and it is very hard to get a bad taste out of your mouth .. so get over it and let us vent!

One thing should be kept in mind when posting... your comments reflect not just your personal opinions but on the rest of us in this industry as a whole. Perhaps portraying ourselves with grace and dignity will help the tanning industry.

It may be censorship, but it is not a violation of the First Amendment. The First Amendment only guarentees that the *government* will not suppress speech. Private individuals can usually engage in censorship. Our parents, school teaches and employers all have practiced censorship. For example, if someone came into your salon and told a customer that your beds where terrible, you could make them leave. By contrast, they could not be forced off of public property for speaking the same thing i.e. the street. Any internet forum is the same way. They can kick out anyone they like, or put in place any rules they like without violating the First Amendment. As such, there are posted rules on this site for all to read. Everyone has the freedom to stay, or go. It's all up to you and your mouse.
I try to follow the rule of, I will only post what I'm willing to say to someone's face. I also understand that if I choose to say something on private property, I'm subject to the law, rules and regulations of the owner. Although most internet forum sites are open to the public, make no mistake, they are considered private property subject to legal rules and regulations of the owner.
Now, how about this weather. It's been cold lately.
