well protecting criminals after they have been rightfully convicted is a crime inan of itself.

Cannot put them in general population because they killed a child ..and got off on manslaughter or something like that after a deal was made. BS!! Let Their own kind weed out the pack.

OR cop that got corrupted and was selling drugs to kids.. or worse. CANNOT be put in general population either. WTF? to protect a criminal? wrong just wrong.

They were talking about this guy on GMA this morning...He killed people during the course of a robbery. I've read many posts in here about being robbed and I know many of you have family that help you run the salons....If it were you and one of your family members was murdered, how would you feel?

SAN FRANCISCO, California (AP) -- Clemency is likely the only avenue available to spare Crips gang co-founder Stanley Tookie Williams' life for killing four people 26 years ago, his lawyers said.
Williams' lawyers plan to present their case Thursday to Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger in a private meeting in Sacramento. They hope to convince him to grant clemency to the gangster-turned peace activist.
Williams is scheduled to die December 13, but with clemency he would spend life in prison without parole instead.

Even then...and now we all agree in our family (even my aunt).... that he should rot in jail.

if the baby was not taking a nap I probably would have not gone to his graduation last year. Sooo yes I do know how it feels. I still believe we should not play God.

The question of execution has always been difficult in modern history. In the end, it is a form of revenge. There really never is "closure" for anyone left behind. However, murder once, and one has proven they are capable. Who among us has the "RIGHT" to kill another except in mortal self defense? We each have our own opinions.

OHH IC this happenen when before I even had kids. and in Ohio. I do not recall anyone airing it on TV ..but there are alot of weirdo psycho killers out there. I am sure we are not the only family that has had to deal with things like this.
