i tried to give neon a rep point not that he needs them but anyways the system said i need to spread the rep points around before giving anymore to neon......isnt this a user tool! if so let the user use it!......so i guess ill just pic some random people to give rep points to.gee that makes sense

I don't really understand these "rep" points and what's the point if you can give them to yourself - or can you?
