Thanks for the info TANOLOGY! We opened the store as a Partnership. I'm in the process of dissolving that and I wasn't sure which way to go. Costs money every time I ask my attorney a question or call him so I'm trying to figure some of this out on my own. It's nice to turn to my Tantalk Family for support too. You guys Rock!
