My First Bow Bull!

I finally connected with a Bull Elk with my bow! I've never posted a picture here before. I hope this works.

Thank You. About 320+ pounds of meat. It was a big 4X4 (thats an 8 pointer to you east coasters)

It's been going on for a few weeks now here. Out West starts early. I still get excited thinking about it. And I still have a buck and antlerless deer tag to fill! It is so awesome that hunting season is during slow tanning season!

i grew up out west and spent alot of time hunting with my dad and my twin brother..even though im a female we had fun doing it together..couldnt get my mother out there though...i hope the rest of the season is successful for you..
