First of all, I would like to see some facts to back this up. Second, you can't believe everything you hear on T.V. Thirdly, do some research. And lastly, it is the local landowners and local levee board that is responsible for the levey's, not the Federal Government. I am not, in any way, saying that this is not a tragedy and affecting everyone. What I am saying, is that before you come on here blaming the President, you need to do some research and back your posts up with facts, not something you heard on T.V.
