Heart Touching - tanTALK

Yesterday on the radio an amazing show of kindness happened.
The story goes something like this:
Mr.Lawson buys 4 concert tickets and is taking his wife of 8 years,brother, and sister in law. 3 days before this sold out concert he is killed tragically in a car accident. The family, obviously distraught, decides to contact the local radio station and offer up the tickets to be auctioned off on air and the proceeds go to St.Jude's to help fight children's cancers. So the bidding starts and people are calling in and quickly the price of these 4 tickets goes up to $3400. Just then a lady calls in and says her husband was listening to the radio at work and heard this. Turns out he was one of the volunteer fireman on scene of the tragic accident and was still having trouble dealing with the accident but most of all was so touched by the compassion of Mr.Lawson's family who all came to the accident scene. So the wife says they would like to place a bid on these tickets as a tribute to this family. Well the DJ said the price was up to $3400 and the women hesitates and says "we will bid $4000." Oh by the way, they have to put the $4,000 on a credit card because they do not have the money. Well at this point everyone is astounded by all the generosity of people bidding. Within 5 minutes another gentlemen calls in and says he was a business associate of the deceased and was touched by the kindness of this women and thankful to the fire dept. who had tried to save Mr.Lawson and he wanted to place a bid on the tickets for $25,000 and donate the tickets to the volunteer fireman and his wife. Well turns out that several tradesmen that were associated with Mr.Lawson put their money together to come up with the $25,000 to bid on the tickets and donate them to the volunteer fireman.
I believe people are good hearted!
