It has to start with someone, sis. Let your light shine. It's time for some "smart" salon owners to take the baton here. There just hasn't been much meat here. I suppose we could talk about the same boring schmidt going on at other sites, but most of it already happened here over the last few months. Why don't we have an intelligent thread on mod behaviour if it's an issue for members. Let's have a serious discussion about how to best improve this industry for all of the owners. We could really try and come up with ways to compete without some of us ending up in bankruptcy. I dunno anymore. Maybe we could work on stating our opinions in ways that don't sound condescending for a change. Sound like the "pot" there, don't I. I've never belittled someone or made of some one that was genuinely asking. I do the best I can to help those people out. Except for the guy that wanted to know if female customers would be uncomfortable with a male spray tan technician. I hope he wasn't serious. Anyway, whatever happens, those same "great folks" are still with us by the way, just using different screen names and "wearing different hats. Have fun out there. And good luck.

Mr B how right you are! But the difference is that we have learned that you can not post the truth on this site as it will be censored beyond all reality to fit the wants, needs, and desires of the powers that be.

I suppose that we could... but why, if it's already been said... hmmm, hasn't most "stuff" already been said at one point? Yes, yes, it IS boring to try to brainstorm with others who have a similar goal- industry survival and profitabilty... Yup, BORING!

You start the "intelligent thread on mod behaviour" post and I'll politely participate. Like you, I have never been condescending or crass to another poster here.

What kind of content and dialogue would you like to have on this site? I'd like to hear, as there is no direction currently- the "Say What" is the best think going here and it's all mr. b!

And I remember that guy- the spray-guy... :^o Sometimes you just want to help folks NOT swim up-stream... but maybe he finds a way to make it work?!

So folks... why was my post blocked? I didn't attack anyone! All I did was express my opinion. What's the problem? It doesn't seem that is allowed on this site? Can you post the new rules, so we can make sure to meet your expectations.
