We got another tid bit of info today. We think they must of did a funeral in florida, because she wasn't here as soon as we were told she would be. She is supposed to get here today and put in the grave tomorrow. Still no invites. It is been so long now that open casket for my dad to see her is out of the question. He will remember her as a little 11 year old girl. Maybe this will be best. We will have our own memorial once we know everyone has left town. We are figuring they won't even put up a headstone in hopes we will never find her grave, but we will and we will put it up if we have to. We still don't know her married name, so we will use her maiden name if necessary.
I do appreciate those of you that have responded. This has given me an outlet for my frustrations. My husband doesn't quite understand our feelings. He basically acts like this has been so long that we don't know her anyway...so what is the point. Argh! I have been very angry at him for his attitude, too. |

Life sucks sometimes. It's the people really, not the life. Did you do all you could? Then that is enough. Mourn her, and let her go. She'll know your heart, and you hers. Be in peace. It's the only way. Good luck.

I came across it by accident after my daddy passed. then i went to look for all my old freinds. Ya know divorces houses jail time offences traffic accidents DUI's You can even see how much they paid for their cardboard huts. It was a wealth of information. well, for me anyway. Most states charge for this information and if I keep talking so will florida. I found an ex from 30 yrs ago and found a dui and breaking and entry. So I sent him a postcard to his new home asking if he wanted to be the designated driver for a B&E. It was so funny. I never did get a response. I still laughing..
