Rep Power: 0 | What I want to know is should you make free tan decades transferable to inheriting family members should the original purchsaser expire b4 the contract period is up? Also, what about those people who are cryogenically suspended during the time of the contract? Do you allow them to freeze their membership for a certain number of decades or centuries with a maintenance agreement? Lastly, for those who have chosen cryogenic suspension, but want to remain tan during their suspension, has anyone done any scientific studies about effects of HP tanning and it's potential adverse effects on the frozen head? Or do you just sell them a spray only application applied over their permafrost every 6 months? This whole Decade Free Tan Program has some serious issues to be discussed before I'm implementing it in my salon! _________________ *Nothing happens until a sale is made*[ This Message was edited by: Beach Club Tans on 2005-06-25 21:59 ] |

Since nothing of value was given in exchange for the "Free Decade Tanning", I would think that one the person died, the contract would end with the signer. But since nothing of value was given in the first place except for the salon owners expectation of potential income from future sales, it would not seem valid to begin with. I would therefore conclude that the salon owner was lacking in capacity in that they were allowing this program and they get what they deserve! If a customer chooses to be cryogenically frozen, the salon owner should require a note from the customer's Doctor in order to suspend the tanning. Use of tanning beds while cryogenically frozen may be counterproductive and may invalidate the contract....(see above for validity) In this instance, spray tanning might be the only option, however, if you have your head removed for this process, it may not be necessisary as the person may already be deceased and the salon owner need not honor the contract. |

Rep Power: 21 | We sell our lifetime tanning membership for $588.88 (non-transferable) or $788.88 (unlimited transfers). Something similar may work in your situation. Maybe this will help. I would think that in the case of a severed head, the contract should have a clause stating that the customer shall only be permitted to use a stand-alone face tanner only. Since that customers "new body" would be artificial or another persons "ex" body. Please reference code # IC 5041-03-14583-12-A Best of luck! |
