How about the piece of s*** escape we own... at any given point of driving, 20 kms/hr to 120 hr it quits. No nothin', no power,lights, brakes,steering. Not once, twice, three times they have fixed "a different" problem...but according to FORD it meets Ford' standard. What does that tell you about their standards... cute ad though!

Ford copying BMW from the '80s.... remember the "Ultimate tanning machine?"- at least that ad idea was clever...

Hope they don't get sued for not telling buyers that their convertible will expose them to harmful UV rays when the top is down... *sigh*

I have a Ford Mustang GT and I have put a lot of money in it (not because it has EVER broke down) but that I made it a racing car. And my whole family owns Fords won't buy anything else, they have had Chevy's and Dodge's but none of them lasted. As a matter of fact my 1st car was a Dodge Stealth and it broke down on me every other day (and it was just a year old). So what if they are making fun of tanning salons.....it's not going to make anyone NOT tan just because they want the new car, or because Ford told them it looked "fuuny" I'm sure when people go tanning and have the goggles on I'm sure they don't think they look "cool" everyone knows they look silly. That's why they don't make a brand of sunglasses that look like that to wear in public.

LOL, my stepdad has a Chevy and it has gave him soooo much trouble and it's only a year old. And even though I'm a Ford girl, here is another saying:

I have a chevy corvette and zero problems. My husband previously was a lead mechanic at a big Ford dealership locally. He always made great commision due to all of the problems that the vehicles have.

I was not even going to touch this topic because ALL cars have their problems, even my Acuras. But... "won't need to be bailed out by NOBODY any time soon" Have you had your head in a hole for the past month? Chevy is in deep $h!t right now, and cring for a bail-out.

BTW, I own a mustang GT, the non-UV style (aka. hardtop) and love my toy, all 450HP of it.

Also... It's not a Rustang, it's a Muffstang

Chevys are great boat anchors however
