reality show Hells Kitchen just so happen to be able to stay up last night and watch it, that guy is brutal!!!I would of quit the first time he yelled at me..did anyone watch it?

I'm glad to see a show like that, I use to be a chef in college and after for a whil. In a professional kitchen it really is like that, maybe not to that extent, but very close. If you get your feelings hurt easily, don't be a cook in a stressful, high speed high class kitchen, I've been there first hand.You love it or hate it.I loved it, just not enough money for the time and stress involved.

I've already got it setup to record next week in case I forget it's on. Good show! I really like how he spoke to his patrons who had not been served in the 2 hours they were there.
