Yeah, THIS state should have NO SAY in anything.

TOPEKA, Kansas (Reuters) -- Evolution is going on trial in Kansas.

Eighty years after a famed courtroom battle in Tennessee pitted religious beliefs about the origins of life against the theories of British scientist Charles Darwin, Kansas is holding its own hearings on what school children should be taught about how life on Earth began.

The Kansas Board of Education has scheduled six days of courtroom-style hearings to begin Thursday in Topeka. More than two dozen witnesses will give testimony and be subject to cross-examination, with the majority expected to argue against teaching evolution.

funny you bring up the teeth thing. An associate and close friend of mine is going to work at our corporate office in Arkansas after only being with the company for about 6 months. One of the guys in my office commented that he must have made a good impression on them to which I replied "they're just not used to talking to someone with a mouth full of teeth down there." whatever, guess you had to be there. that's my 2 cents. Maybe if the churches would mind there own business and keep their beliefs within the confines of the church, we wouldn't have abortion clinic bombings, assassinations, pre-emptive war (which is by the way illegal, see geneva accords), the KKK, nazi's, and prayer in public schools (that are religiously diverse by nature anyway). Soory I've talked enough. I'm sure the god squad is on the way over right now.

We should just fence in that state, put up bleechers on the outside, sell t-shirts and beer, and watch them turn "evolution" backwards! I'd say in oooooooooo about 5 years from now, they should be dragging thier knuckles on the ground again.
