haaa haaa, I'm right there with you...except I only have 2 hours now, and I'm on a low carb diet so I'll just be having water? YUCK.

Jolee are you on Atkins? Simple babe, Micholob(s/p) Ultra, 2g carbs per bottle, Miller Lite 3.5g carbs per bottle, or Bacardi and diet coke, 0g carbs!!!!
Did the whole Atkins thing last year, lost 90 pounds in 6 months, so I know what it feels like!

90 pounds in 6 months - good golly! Have you kept it off? I don't have 90, but wouldn't mind a quick 10 (or 20,...)

Oh yeah it was super easy (once I got past the first couple of weeks) to do. And yes, over a year later still kept it off. You just learn how to eat.
The way I did it was, I just kept telling myself its only two weeks out of my life, then weeks turned into months, and before I knew it, 6 months later I was done and lost alot more then I wanted too!

Yes I'll have to keep that in mind for my next outing! thanks! I need to shed a good 20lbs! Its coming off, slow, but surely coming off!

I have eaten low carb for many years. I dropped about 40# 8 years ago and have kept it off plus lost a few more. You can do it!

Wow its great to hear such success stories! I feel soo much better eating less carbs! I've done this before and didn't stick to it, I think I realize now I have to! Thanks for the encouragement!

Here's where the american twist comes in and ruins your weight loss chances.

EAT LESS CARBS should really be EAT LESS FOOD.

If you are not eating less food then you really aren't taking in less calories...although low carb is good. Amstel light is under 100calories and much better of a beer than that other poop. Sam Adams Light is probably the best beer out there and it's pretty cheap too.
