Dems are tough on their party members who actually think for themselves and stand on principle.

(BTW, I am still a registered Democrat. I didn't leave the party. The party left me.)

Ahhh, trying to keep up with the insanely dated reality this guy lives in is impossible. I can't see how he's not PROTESTING the election of Governor Schwartzenegger due to the BAD IMAGE the guy painted for himself over the years.
Shows the double standard this guy lives by.

Joe Liberman is probably the biggest piece of crap the democrats have been putting up with over the past 15years.

I would have guessed that the senior Senator from GA would have taken the prize: Zell Miller.

Maybe you missed the news that California Democrats recalled their Democratic Governor and then elected a Republican as the best candidate for the job. I'm guessing you are not from California, engfant.

So, how many times have Lieberman's constituents overwhelmingly reelected him since entering the Senate in 1988? (Nevermind his 10 years in the CT State Senate including the last six as majority leader.)

Lieberman is Ranking Member and former Chairman of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee; Member of the Environment and Public Works Committee; Member of Senate Armed Services Committee, where he is Ranking Member of the Subcommittee on AirLand Forces and sits on the Subcommittee on Emerging Threats and Capabilities; and the Small Business Committee.

Lieberman doesn't pander to the liberal left wing of the Democratic party. He does, however, serve his country and his constituents well.
