Dam Neon. AT LEAST IT'S NOT JUST ME. Like this is contractors.com or something. I say about tree-fitty. (it was about that time I noticed the contractor wasn't a contractor at all. It was that god darned LOCH NESS MONSTER. I said lookie here monster....you know the rest)

There are some good contruction estimation software packages out there...try a google search...

Of course contruction costs very by area...
