While I am not one for controvery, I have to disagree and say soft crust/rising dough. Lots of cheese of course! And why is it when you say extra pepperoni, you get like, three extra slices??

Ummm...the cracker-thin crust is the best, and the grease dripping off the crust edge, running down your fingers...just the right amount of cheese, baked to a golden brown...oh, gosh, now I'm hungry...
