Rep Power: 21 | I follow the trend in the area. If other businesses close along with the schools I do the same. I closed Wednesday at 3pm because of the weather. I live about 30 miles from my salon and it took me 2 hours and fifteen minutes to get home. Last year I would stick it out but it never paid off. I found myself twiddling my thumbs and being bored out of my mind. So this year I will close if that’s what the rest of the businesses in my shopping center do. North Carolina isn’t known for fast snow removal. Even a trace of snow or ice paralyzes the entire area. People freak out at even a trace of snow around here. I lived in Battle Creek Michigan for a while and things there are completely different. I would do what the rest of the businesses in your area do. When they start closing, I would too. Otherwise, stay open and see what happens. If it pays off for you then I would continue, if not close. Different parts of the country handle this type of thing differently. When in Rome, do as the Romans do. |

Rep Power: 20 | If Neon closed down for snow he would never be open and the Eskimos would be peeed off. Although with them he doesnt set the bed for 10 minutes to allow them time to get out of their beaverpelt coats and loin cloths. ) Right Neon? |
