I am more of a golden retriever...no cats here I do agree that enthusiasm, knowledge and participation are as important, if not more, than membership days but I am not in charge of the rules.

This why I put my nomination reasons beside all the nominated names in this post. I think availability and the way someone carrys themselve on the site is important to being a mod. Paticipation is important but with substance and quality. I really think that it is important to be available when people need assistance on the site.
I dont think mods should be chosen for the length of membership either. If this whole nominations thing is an attempt to get new blood then great I think that is good. I know there are few that I see from time to time that I never even see at all. I also know that at the beginning of this year there were a ton of mods that were new users but Teresa I believe has cleaned it up. She demands participation and availability. I went out on the road last year for about 6 weeks and lost my mod status as in active. I am now on every day since. still leave from time time on the road and take my lab top to and get on when I am out. So I deffinatly agree with you.
What about you Ramcat, I see you just about everyday you are very active on this site do you want to be a mod?
I have seen you everywhere but have not really followed your post unitl recently. I have started following your post in refrence to your booth. They of course intrest me. I have been meaning to sit down the past week and research more of your posting but have'nt got a chance yet. You triggerd my curiousity recently, I saw when you discoverd the happy faces and have been really enjoying them. They are great I only use 2 b/c I am not allowed to download stuff off website but I am jealous of yours (happy faces). They are pretty cooooool, I lke the one where the happy face is rolling around laughing. That ones cute!!
It appears the nominations are closed I wonder are we getting new mods?
I started this post to see why other were nominating the way they were. Teresa asked for just names and I wanted to know more extensivly why choices are being made. I wanted to ellaborate on her nominations a little bit. It worked b/c I am getting others oppinions here email and pm. I really wanted to know what everyone was thinking.
