GOT TOLD OFF - tanTALK

Just had this lady come in that had bought 2 tans yesterday, when she came in tonight she refused to give me any ID or B-day (night sift forgot to ask) told me she worked for the county & it was againts the law.....so I politely gave her a refund, then she told me to kiss her a$$... on the way out the door, this is a first for me !!!

Asking for proof of age is not against the law. Let's see her try that at the local bar? She'd be kissing the A$$es. ******.

Don't let it bother you. This happens to us every once in a while, but you have to stand your ground with the customers SOMETIMES. Remember, its YOUR PLACE and this lady was a guest. If she doesn't want to play by the rules then SEE YA LATER. I promise you, if you would've given in on this small battle there would have been many more to come...if she gets her way once now she expects it to be her way all the time. GOOD RIDDANCE. She made an asss of herself and I'm sure it wasn't the first time.

some people are sooo wierd about giving their age - I have this 50 something man who comes into tan alot, and he (after six months) will not give me his birth year. Like I will care.

COme on did EVERYONE miss Clerks? I'm DIEING for the opportunity to tell someone they aren't allowed to tan here anymore.
